The sale of 8 day passes begins at 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Route 5 Main Ticket Office on Sat., the first Saturday of the week and continues on sale throught the fair week. (top)
Which days are bracelet days for mechanical rides at the fair?
Bracelets are customarily available Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. These bracelets may be purchased at Smokey's Greater Show's ticket booths, the day of the one-price rides. The cost is $17.00 per person to ride all you can ride from 2 p.m. until 9 p.m. on the given day. (top)
What does a ticket for the night show cost?
There is no charge other than the admission charge at the gate. Grandstand seating is on a first-com, first-served basis -NO SAVING OF SEATS (top)
Can a dog be brought into the fairgrounds?
No, only guide dogs are allowed. No other pets may be brought inside the gates either. (top)
How can I get a booth at the fair?
If you are interested in applying for next year you can write after January 1 to the Midway Committee, P.O. Box 78, Fryeburg, ME. Tell the Committee what you sell, how much space you will need, inside or out, include any pictures of you booth you have, and tell us any other places that you have participated as a vendor. The cost this year is roughly $55.00 a front foot. You must man your booth all 8 days from 9am to 9pm. NO PHONE CALLS. THANKS (top)
