Daytime entertainers are compensated
according to the following schedule:

In general, we look for three sets from Park performers. The average length is 45 minutes but may be varied by the entertainer to accommodate the crowd. Most entertainers play the fair for exposure and enjoyment. Tip jars are not allowed but you may sell tapes, CDs and tee-shorts. We print a separate Entertainment Brochure (25,000 copies) and distribute it to fairgoers. It is also available here on the website. The brochure lists the name and information of each entertainer.

Current entertainers have first refusal on their slot for the coming year. In June, we contact all and develop a list of time slots available and contact those who've sent us information during the preceding year on a first come, first served basis.
